limited liability partnership "limited liability partnership" means a limited liability partnership formed under the Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 [Act 707], Part X of the Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010, or under the laws of any recognized country or jurisdiction notwithstanding any statutory definition to the contrary;
